Some iPhone users may be experiencing problems with NX Witness.
We have escalated the problem to NXVMS


NX Witness Cloud account issues

NX Witness cloud accounts are currently experiencing issues where customers can login, but are immediately logged out.
We are aware of the problem and have escalated to NXVMS for investigation.


Nx Witness Cloud Maintenance

We are aware that Nx Witness Cloud access is currently unavailable as they work on updates. This will affect customers ability to view their camera systems. All servers should still be running as normal, and cameras recording as normal. We do not have an exact ETA on when these updates will be completed, however this process does not normally take very long. Access to your camera systems will resume as soon as the Nx Cloud is back up and running.
